Here, in the eastern part of the U.S., there is a grocery chain called :fresh & green's" (that's right--all lower-case letters). At first glance it looks like "green's" is a plural common noun which should not take an apostrophe. But that is incorrect. It is actually the name of the founder, and is a singular possessive, and quite correct. The all lower-case is an advertising gimmick, nothing more (or less).
