They are working on posting the presentation on YouTube. it's just a half hour. I will let everyone know if that occurs.

If you can recall some anecdotes I will try to get them incorporated into the event materials.

I wish I could get out there to see this. My father was 21 years old in 1911, he saw most of the action surrounding the fire, and he talked about it at length while my brother and I were youngsters.

There were many heroes in 1911, but two stand out. Governor Hadley and his Secretary of State,Cornelius Roach(I kid you not!)
The Governor had a plan and a Plan B for rebuilding. The people of Missouri liked Plan A and the new capitol stayed in Jefferson City.
