Let me introduce you to the world class consultants who provided the insight, experience and leadership needed to formulate both the big pictures and the minute details of Jefferson City's TRANSFORMATION initiative.
It wasn't someone from a big city that charged a big hourly fee.
It was our own residents who crafted every facet of the plan.
